Welcome to ReadsNewLab, the home of high-quality reading guides & micro-summaries at ReadsNewLab.com. Please read these terms carefully before using our Services, purchasing Info Products, or ordering Goods.
1. Services
We offer personalized reading guides and micro-summaries ("Services") designed to enhance your reading experience. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You may reschedule a Service by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery are not refundable due to preparation requirements. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days. Rescheduled Services must occur within 30 days of the original date.
2. Info Products
We provide digital reading guides and micro-summaries in downloadable format ("Info Products"). All sales of Info Products are final once access is granted. We encourage you to review product previews before purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be offered after delivery of Info Products.
3. Goods
Physical items, including printed guides ("Goods"), may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, please visit our contact page. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the Goods, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
4. Refund Policy Summary
- Service cancellations ≥48 hours before scheduled time: full refund.
- Service cancellations <48 hours before scheduled time: no refund.
- Info Products: no refunds after access is granted.
- Goods returned within 30 days in original condition: full refund after inspection.
5. Intellectual Property
All content offered by ReadsNewLab, including text, graphics, and summaries, is our proprietary property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReadsNewLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, Info Products, or Goods.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
